How to Use 3CX Client on browser
- You will receive an email from the 3CX with a message that looks like this:
- Open the message and scroll down until you see “Your Web Client Login” section. In this window, click the Outside the office link.
- Next, make sure to enter your extension and copy and paste the password to your browser login.
- Next, you will come to a page with all the staff phones listed. At the top right you will see a phone icon. Click that and you will get the dialog box below.
5. Next, make sure the Call using the browser is selected just below the Enter Name or Number field. If not, click the drop-down arrow and choose the browser option.
- To make a call, enter the person’s name or number in the field at the top and you will see a list pop up where you can select the user or enter a name manually. Then click the enter key or the green phone icon at the bottom.
