1. Go to the following web site: https://nifbhelpdesk.happyfox.com/register
2. On this page, enter your information, check the “I’m not a robot” box and click Submit. If you don’t see this page, go to step 3.

3. If you see the page below, click on the register link to the right, fill out the form like you see in step 2 and click submit.
   
4. Check your email for a New Account Confirmation from Happy Fox and click on the link provided.   

5. Next, confirm your account and enter all the information and click Confirm Account.
    

6. This will take you to your help desk page. You can view all tickets and updates. At the top right you can also submit a ticket and look up help topics in the Knowledge Base and Forum.

7. To Submit a ticket, click the Submit Ticket link at the top right and it will take you to the following page. Enter your information and click the Create Ticket button. 
   
   
   7. After you submit the ticket, you will get a confirmation email, letting you know your ticket has been created and someone in IT will respond to you shortly.
