Reserving Meeting Rooms

  1. Open your Outlook Calendar and choose New Meeting or New Appointment.

 

  1. Then enter the information like Title and Meeting Time. Next, click in the Location Field box and it will show you the available rooms at the time you requested.  

3. You can also type a room name in the location field and it will tell you if the room is available or busy.

  1. For a more detailed view of the rooms and availability, you can click the Scheduling Assistant at the top and see the available times for the Rooms you select.
