You will want to make sure you turn your focused inbox off so you will be sure to have all your emails.

Go to your inbox and them to the View Menu. You will see a box that says Show Focused Inbox. Below you will two Options, Focused and Other.

Click the Show Focused Inbox button and you will see the following options below. Make sure “All” is selected and underlined. This will ensure that you have all your emails being downloaded from Office 365.
